I got great value for my money at Naseem. The room was cozy and had all the amenities I needed. The location was peaceful and not too far from Winter Park. The staff, especially Ahmed and his family, were kind and cute.

The breakfast offerings could be improved.

The tent was well equipped with a heater, table, plug points, bedside table, tea coffee machine, and plenty of water bottles. The outside seating area for each tent was a nice addition. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They arranged transportation at competitive rates and the breakfast was delicious and affordable. The common bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

Felt like in a dream, nothing was too much trouble.

The location surrounded by breathtaking rocky mountain landscape is jaw-dropping. The rooms/tents are incredibly peaceful and the terrace outside for breakfast offers a picture-perfect sunrise view. Its proximity to Madain Saleh adds to the convenience and the cleanliness and comfort of the tents are mind-blowing. The authentic experience of staying in a tent on a date orchard with a welcoming Saudi family is super. The communication through WhatsApp and Google Translate is very helpful and the host goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The property is beautifully lit at night and the blue sky is simply amazing. it was an unforgettable and delightful stay!

Helpful and responsive staff. Competitive rates for airport transfers and transportation. Awesome breakfast at a low cost. Clean and well-maintained bathrooms with necessary amenities.

They provided cultural texture in a private setting, were spotless, comfortable, warm at night, & with 3 bathrooms to choose from sharing them was never an issue. And there was plenty of hot water! But the highlight of my stay here was getting to know the wonderful owner Ahmed Naseem, who went out of his way to help me accomplish the photography that I came for. A large part of the success of my trip was due to Ahmed's help.

We had a uniquely enjoyable experience staying in a tent on a date orchard with a cute family. The tents were warm, cosy, and very comfortable. The communication was good, and we felt looked after. The location was close to activities and the setting was fine. we recommend this stay.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, as it was close to all the tours and adventures. the rooms were equipped with basic toiletries and had hot showers. the staff, especially the owner Naseem, were very friendly and accommodating. They even provided airport transfers and local transportation. the experience of staying in a rural tent was unique and memorable.

The lady's toilet and shower were small, although they were clean.

Comfortable tent, great location, helpful staff, no frills charm, beautiful landscape.

No complaints.

The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing haven amidst the desert heat. Floating in the pool, with the warm sun caressing my skin and the gentle breeze whispering through the palm trees, I felt like I was in an oasis of relaxation and tranquility.

Limited bathroom space.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and stress-free. The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes and breathtaking views, it was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. the fresh fruit that was provided from the orchard was delicious and a nice touch.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of dining options. As it was quite remote, there were no shops or restaurants nearby.
